While the tenant is living in the property, the manager will respond to any complaints (damage, problems, etc.). We will communicate with foreigners in their native language as much as possible, and strive to maintain a positive relationship with our tenants by meeting their requests.
7. Representing the Owner
We will handle all maters related to the property on behalf of the owner. Our property managers will handle any problems that arise. For instance, we will remind the tenant of unpaid rent, bill the tenant for repairs and utilities, and store and manage spare keys. When necessary, we will hire and supervise contractors to conduct repairs and maintenance work.
8. Tenant Move-out
When a tenant moves out, the property manager will handle the tenant's move-out and restoration process. We will calculate the security deposit refund, make necessary repairs, and restore the property to its original condition.
