Smile Home supports the operations of real estate agencies catering to foreign people through RealTec. The company recently launched a cloud-based platform named "SmileHome" as a commercial product.
Foreign users can handle tasks such as property search, viewing requests and reservations, applications, contracts, and life support requests through the cloud, while real estate agencies can use the same cloud platform for tasks like property matching, screening, and progress management. It supports display in five languages (Japanese, English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese.)
Users and real estate agencies can engage in chat with translation functions, and there is also the option for three-way chats involving SmileHome staff as needed, which is a unique feature. Users can also download translated important documents such as contracts.
"Some real estate agencies may require several hours to assist foreign people at their offices," says Mr. Hase. Recognizing the low productivity of such real estate agencies, SmileHome initiated its development efforts. It has been designed to contribute to the acceleration and simplification of customer service. According to the company's research, using SmileHome can result in a cost reduction of over 40% compared to typical foreigner assistance through direct employment.
