We have further extended our support project for accommodation facilities to protect the elderly from disease infection.
In light of the novel COVID-19 outbreak, we have been providing fixed financial support to accommodation facilities in Tokyo that are designed for
elderly people to temporarily isolate from their families and avoid becoming infected.
The time period for this support project has been extended again and our accommodation facility "Shinjuku Garden House" will continue to participate in the project.
Before extension: From February 21st, 2022 (Monday) to September 30nd, 2022 (Friday) (checkout date).
After extension: From February 21st, 2022 (Monday) to December 31nd, 2022 (Saturday) (checkout date).
User requirements
Any individual wishing to use the project facilities must meet both of the following requirements, ① and ②, at the time of accommodation.
① An elderly person aged 65 or above and living in Tokyo.
② Has someone they are living with.*
- At least one of the people living with the individual must be a non-user of the project's facilities.
If the individual needs a caregiver to live with them, one additional person of any age can also use the facility, provided that they also live in Tokyo.
Accommodation plan
① Set up an accommodation plan so that you can stay at one of the facilities in Tokyo for 6 consecutive days (6 nights and 7 days).
② When creating the plan, remember that the user should not exit the accommodation facility for reasons other than eating or shopping for daily necessities.
③ For those participating in this program, we offer a special price of 15,000 yen per night for unit 1 (1st floor) and 10,000 yen per night for unit 2 (2nd floor).
Pets can stay in the facility as well. (Will cost an additional fee unless the user of the facility is one adult.)
